Phase 3 — custom cell editor widget for compound subcatchment attributes (land-use coverage / groundwater / LID usage). Mirror of NodeCompoundEditButton: shows a single "summary — Edit…" button that opens SubcatchCompoundEditDialog and propagates the refreshed summary back.
