Mirrors AquiferEditorDialog (list pane + scalar field form). The twenty-seven snow-pack parameters are surfaced as labeled spin boxes, indexed by SnowpackProvider::Param and grouped as PLOWABLE / IMPERVIOUS / PERVIOUS / REMOVAL, plus a line edit for the REMOVAL destination subcatchment.
